At ICELYN Collective, we strive to provide quality jewelry and a great customer experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Due to high demand and processing times from our suppliers, orders may take several business days to process before shipment. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. We kindly ask that customers remain patient while their package is in transit.

Please note that delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or high order volume are outside of our control.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Because of the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry items unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A refund depending on the situation

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

ICELYN Collective is not responsible for packages delayed due to shipping carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

CHARGEBACKS

We encourage customers to contact us first before opening a chargeback or dispute with their bank. Our support team is happy to work toward a solution for any order-related concerns.
